Return &  Exchange Policy:

Lavishly Inspired only allows exchanges in the event that the item is damaged, seized, or incorrect on Lavishly Inspired behalf.

Customers are required to provide sufficient photographic proof, which will

be at the discretion of the Lavishly Inspired team to accept the exchanged product(s).

The customer must return the item in its original condition  and provide sufficient tracking in order for us to send the new product(s). 

Failing to send the product in which to be exchanged in a timely manner (2 weeks)

will result in the customer forfeiting an exchanged product.

Lavishly Inspired is not liable for shipment to the wrong address if the customer entered the wrong address during the checkout process.

Lavishly Inspired will file a claim with the corresponding supplier and the customer will have to wait for a new product to be delivered.

If a customer submits a chargeback with their financial instigation, Lavishly Inspired retains the right to cut all communication and future business with the customer. Additionally, if fraudulent chargebacks are made Lavishly Inspired has the right to attempt to collect and sell debt in the amount purchased from the customer. 

Terms and Conditions:

The title of goods and burden of ownership with relative responsibilities, including contacting the 3rd party vendor for tracking updates, transfers to the customer on the date the order is placed or purchased. Lavishly Inspired is not responsible for shipping the goods and remains an intermediary service connecting customers to suppliers on an ecommerce platform. The customer accepts these terms and conditions upon placing their order at www.lavishlyinspired.com or related sales channels including but not limited to  facebook shopping, instagram shopping, ebay, amazon etc. Lavishly Inspired exercises the right to collect payment and/or seek to collect chargeback payments made through any payment processors, including PayPal by any means necessary including selling the debt to a collection agency. 

Refund  Policy

Currently Lavishly Inspired does not accept return refunds under any circumstance.

Lavishly Inspired will work with the customer on a case by case basis. Please see the exchange policy for further details regarding returns and exchanges. 

Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed approximately in 3-5 business days and will take approximately 7-15 business days for delivery. The customer is aware that shipping delays can occur due to uncontrollable economic conditions and pressures on mail carriers. Lavishly Inspired is not responsible for shipping delays due to uncontrollable circumstances such as COVID-19, impactful world events, and supplier delays. Lavishly Inspired acknowledges the burden of ownership and relative responsibilities is transferred to the customer at check out. In the event of seizure during customers, Lavishly Inspired will require proof of seizure in addition to submitting a claim to the corresponding supplier. If proof can be made of seizure, the item will be reshipped to the customer after the claim process with the supplier is approved. The waiting period of the replacement claim can vary.
